Kristina has lived in Gold Beach, Oregon for more than 30 years now and is very familiar with the area and its surroundings.  She worked in assisted living for 12 years before deciding to change career paths that would allow her to do what she has always loved and dreamed about- helping others while having the option to be flexibility for her family.  She has a teenage son, a fiance, step-parents, cousins, aunts and uncles all living in Gold Beach. She is not afraid of hard work or long hours to achieve a goal, is dedicated, determined and does not like to give up.  She is also very motivated and up for the challenge of finding and helping others achieve their goals of buying or selling houses.  If she can't help you herself then she will always do her best to help you find someone who can.  She would like the opportunity to assist you in all of your real estate needs.

Greg Floyd is a Southern Oregon native having spent a majority of his life in Gold Beach and the Medford/Rogue Valley area.  He also spent four years in the greater Portland area.  He is familiar with rural, suburban, and metro areas.

Greg’s love for outdoor activities such as rafting, fishing, hiking, camping, etc.. has taken him to several areas all over the state.  He is knowledgeable about a variety of unique places throughout.

Greg enjoys travel, photography, and the numerous activities the state has to offer.  Having traveled all over the United States to incredible scenic, historical, and cultural places, he still considers Southern Oregon one of the most dynamic areas in the country.
